The bathroom could have been cleaned better, and the vacuum was missing.

The location was good, but the exterior of the property had quite a bit of trash around the area.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the bed was very comfortable, but I wish there had been a mini refrigerator in the room and the towels were a bit thin.

The location was great, the place was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were excellent, but the town of Chama has very limited restaurants.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly, and the continental breakfast options were great, but the room was old and you could tell, there was no Wi‑Fi and no refrigerator in the room, I couldn't get the lights by the bed to work, the clock radio was unplugged, and when I plugged it in I couldn't plug in my cell phone; there was a lot of noise from outside, which can't be controlled, I know, and the lights versus the clock radio needed better electricity.
