The value for money was solid, the location was close to the spa park, it was quiet and peaceful yet everything was within reach, but there was a problem with the ventilation system that caused a constant sewage smell despite the bathroom being clean.

The place is really nice. The beds were good, the bathroom was fine, and everything was clean. I didn't need anything else to be happy. I didn't use the kitchen so I can't comment on that, but the owner is amazing :) I also think this is a very important point for future guests looking for accommodation near the Spa Park. The property has its own parking and I would recommend considering that :D because on Saturday I was waiting for a lunch delivery at the gate when the city guard appeared and the whole street was covered with flyers for the windshield wipers. The spa park is just a few minutes away. The hill on the way back is gentle and short, so even with my extra weight and my elderly father we managed it. One thing you could change… the sign… it looks like a funeral home advertisement ;)
