Great location – 10 minutes to the chair, 3 minutes to the start of the road on Shipyt, yet off the main road. The green, well‑kept area has pavilions and swings. The room is spacious with a large balcony and a fantastic view of the mountains. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is big. On the first floor there is a kitchen with everything needed. The host is friendly and prepares tasty breakfasts. It’s cozy, pleasant – exactly what I was looking for.

The balcony view was wonderful, and the bathroom facilities were the best in all of Pylypets. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but if you plan to stay here you’ll need a car or be ready to pay a lot for taxis; the nearest pharmacy is a 20‑minute drive away.

“Приємна та вічлива хазяйка.”

The price is great for a 1‑2 night stay and parking a car nearby is convenient. The courtyard has a swing, chat spots, and a pleasant view, and the sheets on the beds are new and clean. One issue is that there might be a queue for the shower, with one shower serving three rooms.

I booked two rooms, one labeled lux and another with a shared bathroom. The lux room was fine, but the other felt a bit underwhelming. The TV cable is too short to reach the outlet, so watching TV is impossible. The balcony door and the room door need fixing. The location is good and the place is clean.

The place is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is great; the view of the mountains over morning coffee is wonderful. The green area with flower beds and pavilions is pleasant. I wished the room had bedside lamps and maybe a simple electric kettle; the top lamp also lacks a shade. With those additions, the room would feel cozier.
