The staff were unbelievably friendly and extremely helpful. We had an accident with our little dog and they went above and beyond, finding a doctor and extending our stay; forever grateful. Nothing else.

Had a very good stay 😊 The staff were smiling and welcoming, the room was clean with a truly comfortable mattress. Breakfast was excellent. I’d recommend it!

The first impression of the hotel terrace is striking – the views are beautiful – but the room is mediocre, with little light, an old and worn duvet, and terrible internet. The people are very friendly but we didn’t feel comfortable. Breakfast was very basic – the fruit was unpeeled, the juice was boxed, the bread was nothing special – overall, compared to other hotels, the breakfast was not good. The worst part of the hotel is its location; it feels like you’re entering a very poor neighbourhood. You have to climb a hill on a dirty cobblestone path, it had rained and there was a lot of stone and mud. Construction was happening in the area and one night both access roads to the hotel were closed – I had to leave my car in a parking lot, but then I realized the gate that was closed could be opened – anyway, it’s not pleasant to come out or enter the hotel, which made me avoid going out to eat so I wouldn’t have to return.
