“En stor besvikelse. Undvik detta hotell!”

The beds at this hotel were comfortable, but unfortunately, the wifi was unreliable and not worth the cost. Additionally, breakfast was not included in the room rate, which seemed expensive. Although there was a coffee machine in the room, no coffee was provided, which was a bit disappointing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, I appreciated that it's open 24/7 and conveniently located right next to the main highway, with a secure parking area monitored by on-site security. However, I did encounter some issues, such as limited parking during peak periods and a malfunctioning hot water system in the shower.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. I enjoyed the spacious room, comfortable bed, and soft, down-like pillows, although I'm not sure if they were genuine down. On the downside, I experienced some noise from outside my room, including loud conversations from the cleaning staff, and issues with the room's power supply, which required a midnight call to the front desk to resolve.

“Disappointed”

I found the hotel's location in downtown Legazpi to be quite convenient, and the staff were generally helpful and friendly, with okay breakfast food. However, my initial impression was marred by the unfriendly front door attendant, who seemed disinterested and unhelpful. I also noticed that the shower wasn't fully enclosed, causing water to leak onto the sink and toilet area, and the lobby was poorly decorated and quite dark.
