The location is excellent and close to the subway, but it gets a bit noisy at night; the facilities are old, yet overall the value for money is quite high. The front desk doesn’t offer luggage storage, only a designated spot, so you have to rely on your own discretion to keep your belongings safe.

The rooms smelled like urine and there were a lot of hookers roaming around. The staff wouldn’t let me check in early even though early check‑in was approved through the booking app, then they told me to act as if I was stupid and that I could read the policy.

I was able to stay at a reasonable price and the check‑in was handled well even though it was delayed. I wanted to change the check‑in time on the day of arrival, but the phone wouldn’t connect.

The room was spacious and comfortable to move around, and the location is very convenient for enjoying the city even at night. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst hotel we’ve stayed in Japan. The room was dirty and full of dust; the air‑conditioner had a thick layer of dust, and the hair dryer was so dusty it was unusable. The sink faucet dripped and the washing machines were very dirty and dusty, practically unusable. The luggage storage was just an open room accessible to everyone. At the entrance it was stated that a room key is needed to enter the hotel at night, yet the doors always opened automatically during our stay, raising security concerns. The area is lively, so it’s not suitable for those seeking peace or traveling with children. It’s a shame because the hotel looks good from the outside and the location is great, but compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in Osaka and Japan over the years, this was clearly the worst; we even found cleaner and better maintained hostels.
