“Desconfortável!!!”

Hardly anything to like… The beds were flimsy, the paint was old and peeling, the walls bore many dirty spots, there were obvious cobwebs and a lot of insects crawling up from the floor. There was no TV, no air‑conditioning, and the shower in the upstairs part of the first chalet didn’t have any water at all! They moved us to a second chalet where the water finally worked, but the same problems remained.

“Custo benefício não compensa, Serve para emergência. Não entrega o que promete”

The room wasn't quite what we expected, but the staff were really helpful and flexible about swapping us to a different one. The lady who sorted it out was great, she kept us updated and made sure everything went smoothly. That being said, the hotel could do with some TLC in the common areas and the rooms are pretty basic - they do the job for a night's sleep, but we were a bit put off by the frogs in the bathrooms (not the first time it's been mentioned, either).

This place has a great location and is surrounded by nature, which was a big plus for us. The shower was also a highlight - it was really good! However, there were a few things missing - like a bathroom mat and toilet paper - and some of the beds weren't in great condition.

“Recomendo a estadia para quem não tem problemas com rãs!”

Damiana at the reception was really friendly and welcoming, which set a great tone for our stay. Unfortunately, we had a bit of a nightmare with frogs everywhere - I mean, everywhere - which was super unsettling for my wife. I get that the chalets are near a wooded area, so it's hard to avoid them, but it still made for a pretty disturbed night's sleep.

Being close to the centre was a big plus for us, it made exploring really easy. However, we did find a frog in the loo, which was a bit gross.
