“Muito prazerosa e satisfatória.”

The hotel overall is very good. The location is beautiful, well decorated, and well maintained. The facilities are excellent and the location is easy to reach. The cascade pool is sensational! The lunch selection could be a bit better for the price charged. I don’t agree with the hotel charging 10% for restaurant and pool service. My room in Vila Rica had a slight mold smell at the bedheads.

The hotel is beautiful, with very good facilities! I stayed in Vila Real, found the room simple but very good! The bed was comfortable and the shower was delightful! The food was very good, simple but excellent! The staff were pleasant! At night they have a bonfire and also games with guests. The hotel is undergoing renovations, both the heated pool and the garden area, which caused some inconvenience due to noise and truck traffic. There is a trail to Estiva waterfall in the area, the trail entrance is through the hotel, in terrible condition, and there is no trail signage or guidance. They could at least mark part of the trail entrance to improve access.

I booked a half‑board stay on the hotel’s website for R$569,00 per night, but when I checked in I was charged R$746,25. I thought the half‑board covered the dinner, yet at checkout I was presented with an additional bill of R$228,00 for the same dinner. The staff said the issue was with Booking, so I had to pay for the dinner twice. Can someone explain why I was charged twice for that dinner? Thanks, Mario Winter
