The place is gorgeous, well-maintained, and situated in a superb spot. It’s quiet and cozy, and I have no complaints whatsoever.

The historic buildings, the stunning surroundings, and the village’s tranquility are all fantastic.

The hotel’s location is absolutely beautiful, the village is stunning, and the room was spacious and nicely decorated. However, the staff seemed clueless and unapologetic when problems arose. When we entered our room, there was poo in the toilet, and the jacuzzi didn’t work—though they did call ahead to let us know. Dinner at the restaurant was mediocre; they forgot some sides and took ages to bring a wine glass, so we just cancelled it. On the first morning we tried breakfast at 8 am, but nothing had been set out, so we were left without breakfast. Very poor service overall.
