The hotel is quiet and comfortable; no one bothers you, and you can bring your girlfriend without any issues.

The only thing I could say was that the receptionist was friendly enough to notice the state of our room and move us to another one that was still dirty, just a little less so. The place is far from being a 4‑star hotel, whether you compare it to European standards or to other Bangkok properties; the room we entered had mold, stains, a shower you couldn’t even step on, ceiling spots, and the like – I’ve attached photos because there’s nothing redeeming about it. On arrival they demanded a 1 000 THB “security deposit,” which is basically the cost of the night; I’ve stayed at three other Bangkok hotels where one asked for 509 THB and another 4‑star didn’t ask for anything at all, yet this one asks for the full nightly rate. I can’t recommend this to anyone who expects even basic hygiene, especially when you can find decent hotels for 5‑10 €.

The location is essential and the value for money is great.
