It was the perfect spot for a group of friends with children or a family, with loads of games inside and outside the house, and it was very well equipped. The mattresses and pillows, however, were quite uncomfortable.

There were plenty of toys for the kids, but the lights flickered a lot and on the first night we had trouble with the boiler; the staff came the next day to fix it.

I appreciated how child‑friendly the house felt and the host’s kindness, plus the clear explanations of everything. When we arrived in the cold, the house was at 10°, so we told the host; the many signs around the house reminding people to turn off the air‑conditioning could have been written more assertively.
