The location, cleanliness, well‑maintained rooms, the hosts’ friendliness, their willingness to help and advise, and the equipment were all good. A few things could be better: the price is high for what it offers, the suite is great except for old ants that need treatment and a sewer smell when the taps are turned on (common in Bali even in luxury hotels); the terrace and the hall are poorly kept, cluttered with unused items, more like storage than a place to sit and enjoy the sun; and the geckos 😭.
