The reception is very friendly, her style is beautiful, and she treats guests excellently along with the entire team. Cleanliness is outstanding, the rooms and linens are changed daily, and the service for guests and external requests is superb. I’ll definitely visit again, God willing. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The stay was absolutely excellent, with top‑class respect from the staff, especially thanks to the receptionist, Sihela. Nothing negative to mention.

Huge thanks to the lovely staff, especially Sehla who made the check‑in smooth, and to security guys Ziyad and Ahmed, plus host Ali. The cleanliness wasn’t up to par and the air conditioning made the whole room feel stuffy, unfortunately.
