Summary of this review
The guest house was quiet, with a big kitchen and a dining room where guests can cook. Tea and coffee were supplied, and the double bed was very comfortable; the room was very clean and even had its own sink. The room keys were kept in individual safes, and mine was a pain to open, so I had to hide the key and tell the owner where it was. It’s not a huge issue.

The facilities were really good—clean, welcoming, and the service was amazing. The pool table was a nice touch, and Keith was absolutely fantastic; his service was outstanding, a real gem. I didn’t find anything to complain about; even though I got the smallest room, I was happy with it. The bed and facilities were clean, the owner and host were delightful, thoughtful, polite, and helpful. 10 stars!

The accommodation was close to my destination, but the cleaning really needs work: the carpet, cups, and dust were all dirty, and the bathroom was filthy—I didn’t even shower. The money I paid wasn’t worth it, so I definitely won’t stay there again. Customer service was poor; I initially booked a double room, but was told only a single was available and had to cancel if I didn’t want it. I went ahead with the booking because it was near the festival, but that was a mistake.

Got a bed for the night, but there was no toilet or shower, the key was useless, and the light in the room never worked.
