The location in front of the serene Ayala Mall was convenient, but a cockroach in the comfort room and sink showed that pest control needs improvement.

The room was spotless and newly renovated, which was a big plus. However, the comfort room had a pretty strong smell of drainage that was also noticeable from the kitchen sink. We ended up covering the sink hole with a towel just to get some sleep. Luckily, Ate Evelyn was very accommodating and nice, which made up for the inconvenience.

I was really pleased with the overall cleanliness and simplicity of this hotel. The rooms were spotless and the decor was minimal but effective. The only downside was the noise from the street outside, which was a bit of a problem, especially at night. Still, the friendly staff and great location made up for it.

We stayed at this hotel and it had its own parking lot, which was a big plus for us. The two big beds in our room were super comfy, especially for our group of seniors - we all slept really well. However, we were a bit surprised that they didn't provide any toiletries like soap or shampoo, but only gave us bath towels. It's a small thing, but it would've been nice to have some basic toiletries like other hotels do - even a packet of coffee would've been a nice touch.
