The room was pleasant, the reception was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was good and the location inside the old town was excellent. The bed was a bit hard, but that’s pretty standard.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, with good English at the reception. The location is superb, practically all sights are within walking distance, yet it’s still quiet. Pleasant atmosphere.

The room was spacious, close to all attractions, and had a terrace with a restaurant. I also appreciated how friendly the staff were. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work very well in the room.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, the breakfast was excellent, and the boutique‑hotel style was beautiful. The rooftop was especially lovely and relaxing, with a wonderful sunset view over Itchan Kala. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.
