How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were extremely friendly, from the concierge to the breakfast team, and the amenities and breakfast were excellent; the room was very spacious. The only downside was the distance from the room to the reception because the hotel is huge.

The hotel design and staff were positive, but the steps up and down to reach the room were a bit of a hassle.

The staff quality, the room, and the breakfast were all perfect! Nothing to complain about.

The staff were great, but some equipment was broken when we arrived: the TV and a shower head that wouldn't turn on, though the staff fixed it right away. The spa equipment felt a bit old.

The property is stunning and the location is amazing but the staff is really what takes it to the next level. Amazing
