“Nie wieder. Ich frag mich, woher die guten Rezension kommen. Es war alles verschimmelt und dreckig.”

It was in the city. It was very dirty. The staff had already taken away the bread by the 29th. Even though breakfast was served until 9:30 am. We had a very bad room and 2 minutes after check‑out we got a call. We had to leave immediately.

“Très bien placé et personnel au top”

The location is close to the metro and bus. The staff are friendly and the reception is open 24/24. The beds are huge 180×200. The large bubble bathtub. Free washing machines, just buy a detergent tablet for 500 ₩. The kettle in the room for tea and coffee. The rooms are very spacious. The soaps, shower gel, shampoo, detangler, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razor… all available. Air conditioning is essential in summer. The toilet towels are tiny even though bathrobes in fabric were provided. The mattresses are very firm but we still slept well. Lack of storage space (shelves or dresser, for example). Hangers. The rooms are quite modern but a little repainting would be nice. The region is very hot and humid, so there’s a bit of mildew in the bathroom, but overall it’s in good condition. Right for a 5‑night stay.

We stayed at Busan Hound Hotel and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t listed as included, yet the hotel surprised us with a simple complimentary spread of toast, cereal, coffee, and instant noodles, which was a great way to start the day. Mr. Lee was incredibly service‑mindful, always going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed, and his kindness and hospitality made the stay memorable. The location is excellent, with a subway station just a short walk away, and all of Busan’s popular areas are reachable within 5–20 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores are nearby. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
