The spot is great, just a quick 10‑minute stroll from Shinjuku station. The staff struggled with English, and all the room remotes were in Japanese, so I had a hard time turning the air‑con on during my stay.

Everything went smoothly, nothing to complain about.

I liked the spacious room, the price was reasonable, and the area wasn’t too crowded. It was a bit far from Shinjuku station, and the hotel only allowed an extra 30 minutes for overstaying.

The hotel sits in a very good area, close to both the metro and the train. The building feels old, and even though it was clean, the room was dusty. The air‑con blew a lot of light at night.
