The place was a real sanctuary – the peace, fresh air and calmness were exactly what I needed after a hectic day in La Paz. The quiet, the noticeably cleaner air and the ability to disconnect from the city’s noise and pace made the return feel like finding a little oasis. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to others.

The apartment sits just outside La Paz, in an artist’s house (sculpture, ceramics, …) and that shows everywhere – from the structure and décor to the art in the garden. The room is spacious and has a kitchen. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It’s in a gated community with security. Good value for money. The hot water is irregular.

I loved the vibe of this place – a truly magical little oasis outside the city. It’s quiet and peaceful, not in the city centre, and having a full kitchen was convenient. The only downside is that it’s a fair distance from the city or the nearest stores, so it’s not within walking distance.
