How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the Wi‑Fi reliable, and the staff were helpful and friendly; the location made it easy to reach Vienna Messe, though the room was only suitable for a single night.

Large, comfortable rooms that were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, but there aren't many options within walking distance—only the Prater park and a few restaurants, though the metro station is close enough.

The staff were friendly and eager to help clean the room; although I had booked a single‑room for one night, they immediately upgraded me to a double‑bed room for three nights, and I also booked a double‑bed room for the next two nights.

The room was spotless, completely quiet, and the beds were comfortable; breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and there were no complaints.

The staff were friendly and helpful, there was free fruit, I felt safe, and several nice restaurants were within walking distance; the metro to town and the conference centre were convenient. However, my room lacked natural light, remained dark even in good weather, and external electric light disturbed my sleep at night. A few ants walked up and down by the bathroom door, and the hotel’s exterior façade could use a refresh.
