How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Everything was great; we spent our first night there after a late landing. Before heading to Machame on the road to Kilimanjaro, we arrived around 11 pm. A lady was waiting for us and even offered coffee and tea after arrival. The shower water pressure was a bit low, but that was the only issue for us.

I was close to the airport and the pickup and drop‑off were handled excellently. The breakfast was specially prepared at 5 am. However, there was no cold drink available when I arrived after a long, hot flight.

The host was friendly and the place is very near Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), which is convenient for early flights. The bathroom might not have been clean enough.

The room was tiny, leaving little space for luggage and people couldn't move around easily. There was no private bathroom; it was shared, very small, and the toilet was close to the bed. The water quality was poor—only cold water, no hot water, and it was slippery after washing hands; it couldn't be used for rinsing. There were bugs on the bed that bit me and my friends, and the itching continues after several days. The location is remote, so catching a taxi to the airport is difficult; the airport is 14 km away and the shuttle costs 20 USD. The internet was spotty. At check‑in, there was no POS machine and no change available.
