Breakfast was pricey unless you’re a big eater—$15 per day only covers coffee, but it’s a nice perk; the view from the room was nice and the maintenance was very good, with staff who were all helpful and friendly. The bathroom in the room was absurdly small for the price, and it smelled moldy; we complained, but the “spray over” only lasted a day. The lobby bar was so loud in the evening that we couldn’t relax or enjoy an evening, and the tables outside the small coffee/snack shop had to be wiped down every time we went there—every day.

The location and room size were good, but I couldn’t switch the air conditioning to heat in my room; maintenance said it was a seasonal issue.

The hotel’s location, staff attentiveness, and room cleanliness were all very good, but being charged an extra $30 each day and a minimum $10 per package for items shipped to the hotel was very annoying; also, the check‑in and check‑out process was quite long.

The place was clean, but members didn’t get any parking discounts.
