The staff were friendly, but the rooms smelled musty; the carpet was damp from the AC unit; the TV didn’t work; the shower leaked onto the floor; the AC unit was very loud; and the lobby ceiling leaked through the light fixtures.

We couldn’t check in because of a data breach and no backup plan existed. A backup plan should allow manual forms and register all prepaid guests into a room.

The breakfast was good and well equipped, and the staff were quick and attentive. The location was perfect for what I needed. Everything was clean and smelled very nice.
