Check‑in was easy, but the toilet door was see‑through so privacy was missing and there wasn’t enough space to pray.

The room had a bathtub, was pretty tiny but acceptable, and you can walk to the night food court near the jetties; some parts of the room were not clean, though it was still at an acceptable level for the price I pay.

The spot in Georgetown is spot on, and you get a great deal for what you pay. The staff on WhatsApp are super friendly and quick to sort out the luggage storage. Checking in was a breeze, and the shower was solid—important for backpackers. We only stayed one night, so I can’t really weigh the facilities, but they don’t brag about anything they don’t have. The shop next door is convenient. On the downside, we were winding down in the evening and the TV was dead; it wasn’t a big deal but a little background noise would have helped. Also, one towel had a makeup stain, which isn’t a huge bother since makeup can be hard to wash out.

The location is unbeatable. The only gripe is that there was no shower cap.

The place is well‑situated and the staff were pleasant and eager to help, making check‑in and check‑out painless. The Wi‑Fi was either painfully slow or completely absent. Showers had no hot water—just lukewarm—and the pressure was weak. The room faced a public patio, and as a solo female traveller I felt uneasy and unsafe.
