The price was good compared to other places in the area. I was worried about the noise, but my room was at the very beginning of the corridor and I had no issues; overall it was calm and the staff responded quickly. It wasn't a problem that the room had no window or air conditioning, but it didn't feel stuffy; the bathroom was very damp.

No TV. The room was very noisy; I could hear people on the street and the guests upstairs made every step audible. The location was a drawback.

The central location near both T‑Centralen and City Terminal is the only positive thing I found in my stay. The rooms are claustrophobic and windowless, with air conditioning running all the time. The check‑in time is absurd, with the room not ready until 15:00, and the price is outrageous and extremely high (almost a scam) considering the services offered (it’s basically a hostel with shared bathrooms). If you’re looking for a welcoming, warm, and relaxing place, or if you’re claustrophobic, stay away from Smart Stay.
