“Quite a convenient spot in the heritage zone”

The strategic spot in the heritage zone, a private sanitized bathroom, and a comfy king‑size bed are everything a long‑term traveler needs in this historic city. Western‑style window blinds add a presentable touch. The price is affordable. The bathroom ventilation needs improvement because some smell leaked through the pipes. There is no free parking for drivers.

Good location and easy self‑check‑in. No bins in the bathrooms and the facilities area is very small.

“Useless customer service”

The room is nice and conveniently located within the heritage area. No housekeeping—no matter how long you stay, they will never clean the room. The host invited me to join a WhatsApp group claiming there were three departments to help me. It was raining a lot during my stay; I asked the host for an umbrella and they said umbrellas weren’t listed as amenities and suggested I buy one. When I asked again, they told me twice they would bring umbrellas but I never saw any.
