“Excellent location friendly staff”
The location is great and the staff are excellent; the bed was very comfortable.

The location was good and the staff were great, but the breakfast menu was the same every day and very limited.

The bed and room size were great, and the amenities were solid. I did hear street noise – sirens and traffic – which was a bit distracting.

The restaurant food and happy hours were great; we went several times because it was so good. The staff are the best—accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The facilities are super clean, and the location downtown is fantastic.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and well-trained, especially the restaurant team, always polite and attentive. The location is convenient, with easy bus access to attractions and shopping centers, right across from a major mall and the downtown dining and pizza scene. The bathroom box could be a bit wider; the space allows for that improvement.
