The property is clean, nice, and affordable, but I was really annoyed by the kitchen and restaurant staff. A woman whose name I don’t know, and a slightly overweight man in red, handled the kitchen. When I arrived at 9 am for breakfast, nothing was left. Their answers were mediocre; I paid 300 € for that hotel, so I expected breakfast. Everyone should do their job; breakfast runs until 10 am.

I want to thank the Kurdish staff member, probably Hamza Bey, who helped me a lot. I tried to reschedule my booking for one day earlier, but they refused even though the same room was available, so I had to book another night at a higher price, which upset me and I decided not to stay here again.
