I liked the comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. When we needed assistance, they responded immediately and accommodated requests that weren’t available at the time, and the overall value was good. I didn’t like the shampoo and conditioner, wished breakfast had more options, and the ice machine was broken but they offered a replacement.
