“Very disappointing.”
The hotel was clean and centrally located, but the check‑in was terrible. Three people helped one gentleman, none of whom seemed to know what to do, and we waited 20 seconds just to check in with one person in front of us while they spent 15 seconds checking in three people first. We had requested a quiet room online before the trip and asked the front desk for a quiet room, but they said there was no problem and then gave us a room on the highway that ran through town. Because the drapes were closed and dark, we had no idea we were next to the freeway, resulting in a noisy, sleepless night with big trucks and cars all night. Don’t stay here.
