The address entered in the booking was far from the actual location, and I had to travel a long way to get there, only to find that many people had already been taken advantage of. The response from staff was very slow, whether it was the staff themselves or the management, and after that there was no accountability from either side. I needed a place to rest quickly, but was cheated like this; it’s a place that can easily deceive people.
