The hotel matched the description, the beach was only for guests, there was a wide selection of food, and by late September it was empty and pleasant.

The location is nice. The all‑in package could have been better, and the drink selection was limited.

The service was superb and the staff at reception and the restaurant were courteous, helpful and professional, the cleanliness and hygiene were top‑level, the food selection was varied, the beach was spacious and the location in the bay perfect, all within a cozy setting; I have no complaints and would recommend the accommodation to anyone.

The room was really great, plus the free upgrade and the sea view. Staff were always eager to help. The hotel photographer was also great. The location is right on the beach/sea, with its own beach area. Towels and umbrellas are free and plenty. The pool ladder: both the indoor and outdoor pools have broken ladders that wobble and are dangerous, especially for children. The food selection is huge, but there isn’t much for kids. Restaurant opening hours are somewhat inconvenient, and the food at the beach bar is sparse. Unfortunately, the bathroom door was broken and was patched up after a complaint. Also, the area under the sink wasn’t cleaned properly, leaving a lot of dirt and dust.
