The price feels steep for what the hotel offers; you’re forced to iron clothes outdoors with nothing to hang them on, and the room is so cramped that you can’t even lay out your prayer mat properly. The same issues apply to the negative points.
The place was clean and the staff were friendly, but the motor noise was quite loud.
The environment was good, and there were no negatives.
“Nice place and near to the shop available on that area.”
It’s close to the Taman Tas shop and a 7‑Eleven is nearby. The iron board is only usable for 30 minutes; it would be better if every room at DSH had its own iron board.
The interior design was a perfect 10/10, but I was first assigned room 210, which was clean at a 7/10 rating. After the AC stopped cooling after two hours, I had to go up and down four times before they swapped me to the adjacent room 211, which was a 0/10 experience. The toilet was clogged, the door couldn’t lock—pushing from outside would open it no matter how I locked it—and after I complained they offered no solution, merely saying half the toilets in the hotel are clogged and that they would monitor the door via CCTV. I gave feedback.
