The hotel was near all the great shopping centers and malls, but the side door malfunctioned after we discovered our room was closer to it.

I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff and the convenient location, but I was disappointed that the room wasn’t cleaned daily and that there was no writing surface in the bedroom for taking notes.
