The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with free and direct access to the thermal spa and the hotel’s SPA, the food was very tasty and the wine selection impressive. It would be nice to have towels and a water dispenser in the gym.

The hotel was absolutely extraordinary! The location is very peaceful, the exterior really attractive, and inside everything is lovingly and warmly decorated. There is plenty of space without feeling cold. The rooms are exceptionally beautiful, the beds super comfortable, and the windows well sound‑proofed. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The food is magnificent! Breakfast offers a huge selection and everything is perfectly tasty, and dinner is truly outstanding. We also liked that we didn’t have to wait long between courses; the intervals were short. The hotel bar is very charming and exudes a warm vibe. The wellness area with Ladies Spa, Panorama Spa, and the thermal pool convinced us completely! There are several saunas, a steam bath, an infrared cabin, plenty of space to lie down and relax in various lounge rooms. The thermal area also has hot pools, cold baths, an indoor and outdoor pool, and even a pond. In October it was a bit too cold, but still lovely to see. It was appreciated that on the day of departure the spa area could still be used until 18 o’clock. The only thing that comes to mind is that there is only one elevator, so sometimes you have to wait a bit longer, but that’s a very high‑level complaint!

Breakfast was great, the spa wonderful, the view gorgeous, and the dinner very tasty. The room was excellent and the bed comfortable – highly recommended. The only slight drawback was that the staff were friendly but not very personal.
