We returned to this property for the third time. The staff is attentive and very considerate of both adults and children, from reception (Hazem, a special person, accommodated us in every way) to the restaurant (Omarino Mohammed Mattia Abdul, very kind) and the beach with the new jetty to try. Nothing else to note.

The facility is very well maintained, with ample space, many pools, and several bars. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Kudos to the staff, who are always extremely helpful and hospitable. We greatly appreciate Ashraf and Atef for their attention, friendliness, and cheerfulness.

We enjoyed a pleasant stay at Gemma Resort in Marsa Alam and were very satisfied! The resort is clean and well maintained, the food is good, though we would have liked more variety, especially Italian cuisine. Huge praise for the staff’s professionalism, friendliness, and guest care. Special thanks to Hazem at reception, an extremely professional, competent, and prepared person who always attends to guests’ needs and is ready to fulfill any request. His perfect knowledge of Italian makes communication simple and enjoyable. Thank you for the availability and attention! A special thank you also to Omarino, executive chef Hiussin, Ali from beach housekeeping, lifeguards, waiters, and all staff who, through their effort, made our vacation pleasant. Overall, a positive experience marked by cordiality, cleanliness, and professionalism. Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome and for making us feel at ease! ❤️ We didn’t particularly appreciate the attitude of the Italian kitchen chef. On some occasions he seemed a bit irritable and uncooperative, giving the impression that satisfying guest requests was almost a favor rather than part of his job. We would have expected a friendlier and more welcoming approach, especially considering that cuisine is an important part of the resort experience.

Struttura accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutti i i servizi essenziali e non. Staff molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta dell’ospite. Il ristorante centrale è molto buono e ha una varietà di piatti freddi e caldo incredibile. Mare bello e servizio spiaggia eccellente. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura
