The location is convenient for the Gran Teatro Geox. The building was dirty and the stairs were dusty. There is a 30€ pet surcharge that isn’t mentioned anywhere, so I had to call the hotel to find out.

The hotel is good, with a convenient location 10–15 minutes on foot from the center and 20 minutes from the station, plus its own on‑site parking. Breakfast is normal, not fancy, but complete. The linens and towels are clean, and the pillows are comfortable. The four‑star rating is questionable, but overall it’s a good hotel at an acceptable price in a nice city.

I was satisfied. The receptionist was a very kind and helpful gentleman; whenever we asked for anything he was super available and ready to assist. The location is also excellent and very convenient for getting around.
