“Good, but could be so much better”
The hotel was lovely, the room was big and spacious, and the bar area was nice. The pool and spa area were great—definitely a plus. The restaurant service was terrible; we waited 20–30 minutes for drinks, which arrived after the meal. Everyone else experienced the same, and nobody seemed happy. It wasn’t the staff’s fault—they did their best—but they were understaffed and lacked leadership, resulting in chaos. Breakfast was no better: tables weren’t cleared and the coffee machines never had coffee. Cost‑cutting clearly didn’t work, so I won’t return or recommend it.
Great room and a comfortable stay. The location is just a few minutes off the M56.
“The hotel in general was clean and tidy and the rooms adequately maintained”
It was convenient for my purpose. The bed was uncomfortable.
“Hotel needs a refresh!”
The location is good, the beds are comfy, and the rooms are large. The hotel needs a makeover: corridors were littered with empty glasses and bottles upon arrival. Breakfast was basic, the coffee machines were broken, and continental items were scarce. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna area were noisy and not very relaxing, so I chose not to use the spa. I stayed for one night while attending a local event, but I wouldn’t return.
Great hotel, excellent location, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
