“It’s was ok but not worth money”
The room came with iron, a microwave, and a fridge, which was handy. Unfortunately, a strong bad smell and constant noise made it impossible to sleep at night.

It sits right in the middle of Halls Gap, which is great. However, the building feels very dated and needs renovation; the shower water switched between lukewarm and moderately acceptable, and the shower head wouldn’t stay upright.

The place looked run down and the door seemed to have been kicked at.

The location was fantastic—behind Main Street but with easy access from the motel grounds. The property covers a few acres, so the units are well spaced. We enjoyed an indoor heated pool, BBQs, and seating, plus a nice little kitchenette with a 3/4 fridge that’s much bigger than a bar fridge. The staff were helpful; we arrived early and they set up our room quickly. In the evenings we sat outside with a glass of wine and looked up at the majestic Grampians, which was lovely. The only complaint was that when we woke up late the shower was only warm, not hot, though it wasn’t cold.

There was no hot water, and the air‑con filters were dirty.
