The caravan was very moldy and dirty, and the sofa and sofa bed were awful. We were charged £20 per person for entertainment and swimming, which I think should have been free. The pool was dirty, very old, and needed a lot of work. I’m not happy with my stay 😒

The staff were very polite and helpful whenever I had a couple of things that needed fixing or replacing; there was no messing around, and the place was nice, clean, and tiny. I wish there had been a vacuum for me to clean up properly before we left. I tried my best, so apologies if the bedroom floors look a bit messy 🙈

It’s close to shops, the bus, and walkable to the beach. The caravan was comfortable and well stocked with crockery, utensils, pots, pans, kettle, toaster, cooker, fridge/freezer, a comfortable bed, duvets, pillows, and comfortable beds. There was a colour TV and Wi‑Fi. The DVD player didn’t work and a fan would have helped on a very hot evening at night. The shower had no place to put soap, and it took a few minutes to drain.

I was really pleased with the cleanliness and homely atmosphere of the caravan, but I did feel a bit uneasy about the lack of a side surround, especially with kids around. If they had that feature, it would have been perfect.

Our stay was a mixed bag - on the one hand, the location was fantastic, being close to the beach, facilities, and a bus stop, but on the other hand, we encountered some significant issues, including a strong urine smell in both bedrooms, a slow cooker, and surfaces that weren't very clean. The balcony was also situated on the floor, which wasn't ideal. Despite these problems, we still managed to have a good time.
