It was quiet and relaxing, with full air‑conditioning for comfort. However, there were many plumbing issues, though having a tap in the room was appreciated.

They offered a ferry transfer, but the building was severely aged. All the washbasins in the toilets were broken and unusable, the floor was uneven and in a bad state, and the futon was too thin and uncomfortable.

The ferry transport to the hotel is free, but the place feels very old and dirty. The lower‑floor toilets smell like urine, and the sinks are stuck on the floor. We couldn’t eat in the dining area because of COVID‑19 rules, even though it’s been seven years. The building is totally dilapidated and the 45 euros charge is disproportionate. It’s the worst value for money in Japan.

It isn’t the most modern spot, but it felt like stepping back into old Japan, which was pretty cool. The owner was super friendly and helpful. The space is roomy and has everything you need, plus laundry. The room is a bit dated but comfortable with tatami and clean futons. Bathrooms and showers are shared, though there’s a sink in the room. Wi‑Fi and AC work well. A tiny shop a few meters away sells basics. I’d stay here again. The only downside is you’ll need some transport—bikes or a car—since walking limits you a bit.

The accommodation matches the photos; it’s very old and not luxurious, but it’s well‑located, clean, and the hosts are welcoming. The port transfer is free, making it perfect for a short stay.
