Quiet spot with fruit‑laden gardens and a short drive to beaches, cafés and a supermarket. But the value? Not great. The Guava Room was cramped, the kitchenette barely had a pan—just toast was doable. When we asked for a frying pan, the host said all pans were removed because of “odour.” After five nights we requested a mid‑stay cleaning, and they charged $60. Never had to pay for a clean room before; it felt like we were a nuisance instead of guests.
