Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disaster from the start. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the property was in a state of disrepair and bore no resemblance to the description and photos online. Our bungalow was not prepared, and we had to deal with a host of problems, including no water, a dirty and smelly room, and a construction site right outside our door. The food was also a joke, with spaghetti and MaggiFix Bolognese served as a "dinner" for $60.

I had a fantastic three-night stay at this hotel, where the staff were incredibly professional and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. However, I must admit that I was a bit spoiled by the exceptional service and amenities, which made my stay feel truly special.

“Bon lodge à 10mn du parc et…45 mn de l’entrée”

I was charmed by the rustic bungalows, which were scattered throughout a beautiful garden and had a lovely terrace. The meals were delicious, and the lunch box with chicken, potatoes, and vegetables was a real treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay feel truly special. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend it.

“Gute Unterkunft in der Nähe des Ruaha Nationalparks”

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. The decor was simple, but the overall design of the property was quite appealing. While the breakfast was a bit meager, the dinner was excellent and plentiful. However, I must admit that the constant attention from the staff was a bit much, and the road to Ruaha National Park was quite long due to the poor condition of the road.

“Very pleasant and relaxing stay”

I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded to the best bungalow with a private pool and game observation deck, and even had dinner served at the bungalow. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. While the heat was unbearable at times, the pool made up for it, and the roads to Ruaha National Park were indeed atrocious.
