I’d never stayed here before but I’d definitely come back. Before we got there we were dealing with a delayed and possibly cancelled ferry, but Viv handled it well, was communicative and flexible. We finally arrived late in the evening, four hours after the scheduled time. The lights and heating were on and the unit was unlocked with the key inside. The room was very clean and well maintained.
