8 m² · 1 double bed
“Very nice!”
The staff was very polite and helpful! The rooms and bathrooms are clean!. Maybe a little far from the centre of Lisbon
The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, a good warm blanket, and the room was clean and cosy. Everything needed was in the room, and the kitchen had a lot of different fittings. I couldn’t find spoons or forks, the toilet flush didn’t work, and the sound insulation was bad.
The spot is spot on—just outside the bustling city centre, a 10‑minute stroll to the docks and promenade, and a lovely walk to Belem and other parts of town. Around the block you’ll find restaurants, cafés, shops and supermarkets, and plenty of public transport for those who prefer not to walk. I booked a room with a private bathroom, which turned out to be very spacious and comfortable for the week we stayed. The kitchen is shared with three other rooms but comes fully equipped for cooking. The place stays clean, well kept, and quiet at night, and the hosts are great to communicate with. I’ll definitely come back if I return to Lisbon. Highly recommended.
The room was fully comfortable with enough space to settle in for a few days, communication with the owner was easy, the neighbourhood was quiet, and public transport stops were nearby. The soundproofing (inherent to the old building and some people’s lack of consideration) was poor, and it was about a 30‑40 minute walk from the city centre.
The room with a balcony was nicely furnished and looked like the photos. In the afternoon the sun shines on the balcony. Unfortunately the toilet flush in the bathroom was broken and the tap had to be turned on and off, and there was no indication of that (it took me a while to figure it out). Hard to find: the cutlery was behind a white faded drawer inside another one, and I spent a long time looking for it… And I suspect there was a flea in the bed; I was bitten twice.
