“Okay but will not stay again.”

The place was private, spacious, and parking was easy. However, some amenities need updating: the towel holder in the bathroom was broken, and there was not enough dishwashing liquid, shampoo/conditioner bottles, or bar soap, so we had to buy our own. When I booked, the listing showed two full‑size beds in the second loft bedroom, but at check‑in there was only one full‑size loft bed and a sleeper couch, which made my stay uncomfortable and I didn’t sleep well because I had to sleep in a chair. I feel I didn’t get the room I paid for, which I chose specifically for the second full‑size bed shown in the listing. They also didn’t mention that the outside pools were already closed for the season, and the inside pool was too small. On a brighter note, the front desk staff were very friendly and gave us extra wristbands for the kids.

“The Caribbean Review”

I’m giving a very honest review: we liked a lot of the place and found it mostly comfortable. The couches, chairs, and bed were comfortable, and we loved the outdoor property—it’s beautiful. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and beach, and the shower pressure was good. The resort’s location was a plus. On the downside, there was no dishwasher in our unit, which is fine if you don’t cook but a bit inconvenient when you do and are on vacation. The unit wasn’t as clean as we’d hoped; nothing was horribly dirty, but the coffee pot, dishes, and floors were a bit dirty. The washer and dryer were very small and didn’t work well. There was a lot of wear and tear inside, and it seemed no upkeep had been done. We didn’t end up needing the laundry, but there was hardly any staff on the property; the office was closed most of our six‑day visit. The rest was good. We would come back but likely try to get a more upgraded unit if available. We stayed in 201.

The location was good, but the room wasn’t as spacious as the pictures suggested.

“We made the best of it with our friends because we wanted to stay together in 1 unit.”

Convenient location to our activities. Better hours available in lobby for access to coffee maker; no coffee provided in unit. Apartment was dirty and there was only 1 hand towel (more like a rag) and washcloth for drying hands and washing and drying dishes in the kitchen. Door handles were about to fall off doors. No AC in the 2nd bedroom

The place sits right on Lake Delton, which I liked, but check‑in was at 5 pm, we arrived earlier and were told the room wouldn’t be ready until 5 pm; when we came back at 5 pm they said they hadn’t started cleaning, and even at 6:20 pm they were still cleaning, so we couldn’t check‑in until 7 pm.
