I’ve stayed at the Ibis in Birigui several times, and it’s always a solid choice—no unpleasant surprises. The location is convenient next to the highway, the parking lot is large and secure, the staff are attentive, and the breakfast is excellent; I’ll be back again. This time, though, I felt the towels were too worn out and hadn’t been replaced on time.

Convenient and quality Ibis, with a great breakfast and very polite staff; the room was comfortable and extremely clean. Access to the hotel was a bit harder due to road construction nearby, but that’s a local issue, not the hotel’s, and new routes are clearly sign‑posted.

The front desk was attentive both day and night, super helpful! The kitchen manager was a bit rude though.

The hotel’s breakfast could use more variety, like fruit and a wider selection of savory pastries. I had booked two single beds, yet the room was set up with a double bed instead.
