How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location and manager were good. The bathroom smelled terrible, the furnishings were old and very basic, and the pool had not been cleaned for a long time and was undergoing construction. We were told the pool season was over (early October!!).

The location is perfect for visiting the Todra and Dades canyons. The rooms were clean and the pool area was beautiful, but we were unlucky that afternoon when a group of school kids crowded the pool and we couldn't enjoy it. Apart from that, it’s worth it. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. We had two rooms, the bathrooms were a bit basic, and one had a very small sink. The rooms were painted in dark colors, and despite their good size they felt claustrophobic. The price was too high for the facilities and services.

The staff were very welcoming and kind. The building was dilapidated and the tap water was brown.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The toilet in the room made a very loud noise after flushing and kept making that annoying sound. Also, there was no hot water in the shower during the afternoon.
