How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The mattresses were decent and the hotel’s location was good, and the lobby was the prettiest part. However, maintenance was lacking, and the room looked very different from the photos; I had to be moved to another room because the shower didn’t provide hot water 🚿.

The location was fine, but the bed was disappointing.

The inner garden and the reception with its stairs and beautiful stained‑glass were lovely, yet the rooms were very plain and, frankly, they don’t have air conditioning—just a ceiling fan, which wasn’t enough when it got hot 😔.

The location and the reception were good, but the rooms were very old and there were no towels.

The location was convenient, but the towels were old and the showerhead was worn out.
